437 is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed incurred on shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. As these fees are not computed no applied by 437. Please note that orders over $500 USD will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely and securely. Missing orders over $500USD may be required to fill out a police report.


Orders will be packed within 3-5 days of purchasing. Shipping time is dependent on location. We accept all regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected, a $15 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. Discounts of 25% or more are considered final sale. The issue isn’t with the product but rather customer service/policy. I was so excited for this collection to drop that I purchased the set using a 10% off code I received for a review on a previous set. Shortly after completing the order, I realized I chose the wrong bra. I emailed them immediately trying to cancel but didn’t receive a response until three days later. I placed a second order for the correct bra, unable to use the 10% discount, but hoped the company would honor it in some way. They said all they could do was process the return for the first bra — however 437 has a $15 return fee and given that I used the discount in the first place, I was looking at a refund of $50. This was my second purchase and given the hassle, I feel better off sticking with the big name brands that cost just as much but have better return policies wnd processes.
