Not in love with your 437’s?
We provide exchange or refunds for regular priced merchandise that meets the return requirements below. Simply visit https://returns.shop437.com with your order number and postal code to get this process started. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you find your perfect 437 fit.
To process a return for an international order, please email us at email@example.com. All international returns must be submitted via our customer service team.
- Returns must be submitted within 14 days to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, and 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.
- Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return
- If a refund is selected, a $15USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount.
- Express shipping and Package Protection charges are not subject for refund
- If multiple returns are created for different items within the same order, they must be sent back separately with the correct returns label
- Your return will begin processing as soon as your returning items are marked as 'in transit' by the courier.
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE
437 will gladly accept returning items for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected, a $15 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. All returns must be initiated here.
All orders are subject to 1-3 days of processing time before being shipped out. During sale periods this can vary to 3-6 business days.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.) We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased at a different location/boutique must be returned at that specific location.
If an item is purchased via another party such as a reseller or boutique, 437 is not liable for any damages.
Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.
SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE
All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. Items purchased during these periods are not eligible for refund, exchange or gift card.
Discounts of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for refund, exchange or gift card.
Orders purchased during sale/promotion periods are subject to 2-6 business days of processing time prior to shipping due to an influx of orders.
We are unable to price adjust orders to match sale discounts.
Please note that Tote Bags are not included with orders during our sale periods.
