Your 437's are made to fit and feel just like a second skin! Our products are made with the highest quality fabrics, consisting of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, with a seamless finish made to stretch and mould to any body type. Our suits are buttery soft and extremely stretchy, designed to fit snug to the body to accentuate all curves, without digging into the wrong places!
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
On every product page you will find a size chart that serves as a general guideline as well as a full description of the style and fit, to help you find your perfect 437 size. As a rule of thumb we suggest to size up! Our suits are designed to be waist-cinching and snug fitting.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship!
Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (orders begin processing the next business day). Then our shipping carrier takes it from there.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
COVID SHIPPING UPDATE
All orders are continuing to be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, following the date of purchase. Our shipping carriers are unfortunately experiencing delays in
processing, updating and delivering parcels. We appreciate your patience while your packages arrive.
Canadian Orders are subject to delays of up to 7-10 business days.
United States Orders are subject to delays of 2-7 business days.
International Orders are subject to delays of up to 4+ weeks.
WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATING?
So sorry about that! Sometimes this happens! In a few cases, the shipping carrier can take 1-2 business days to register/update your shipment status.
If your tracking number isn't working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We'll take it from here.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
437 offers standard shipping on all orders, with free standard shipping on orders exceeding $100 USD before tax and after discounts. We currently have express shipping options to North America. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive if you need your suit for a specific date.

HOW CAN I TRY ON MY SUIT BEFORE PURCHASING?
Come visit us at the Loft! We'd love nothing more than to personally assist our 437 babes in finding the perfect suit. Our showroom is located in downtown Toronto, you can find all of the details here.
HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Store credit will be issued to customers via gift card, completing a return or exchange, to be used toward the repurchase of a different size, style or item.
All gift cards will be issued for the full USD value of items being returned.
To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely.
Please Note: Orders are limited to one discount code or gift card per purchase.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE IN USD?
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve this ASAP!
