Your 437's are made to fit and feel just like a second skin! Our products are made with the highest quality fabrics, consisting of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, with a seamless finish made to stretch and mould to any body type. Our suits are designed to fit snug to the body to accentuate all curves, without digging into the wrong places!

Unfortunately not babe! When a return is initiated, a specific tracking number is generated and assigned to that order number/item. By sending both orders back in one package, only one of these tracking numbers will be scanned by the courier and appear as if the other has not yet been shipped back to us.

We provide store credit or exchanges on returning items, as long as they meet the requirements listed on our returns policy page! Please see here for more details.

Place, Process, Ship. Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship! First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing which takes up to 2 business days. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
*Ps. during high volume times like sales or launches our processing days might take slightly longer.

Any pre-order that has a specific ship out date will ship out close to that date. If you have another item in the same order that is not on pre-order it will ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed!

Once orders have been placed, our team works extremely quickly to ensure all orders are processed and packed ASAP! Given that, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please see here for more details: https://shop437.com/pages/shipping

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from info@shop437.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

Upon clicking on your tracking number, you will be brought to the Wizmo portal or you can click through to the Wizmo portal here with your tracking number. 

Canadian Shipments

Once you are on the Shipwizmo portal, you can find your true Canada Post tracking number.  This will be 16 digits (numbers, no letters) and is only found on the Wizmo portal under “Tracking Events”.

If your tracking history is not updating on the Wizmo page, you can always visit the Canada Post and enter your tracking for updates and sign up for notifications. 

USA Shipments

If your tracking history is not updating on the Wizmo page, you can click through to USPS under your Tracking events. Additionally, can visit USPS here, enter your tracking for updates and sign up for notifications.  You can find your tracking number on your shipping email, and on the Wizmo portal under “Tracking Events”.

International Shipments

If your tracking history is not updating on the Wizmo page, you can always visit Fedex here, enter your tracking for updates and sign up for notifications.  You can find your tracking number on your shipping email, and on the Wizmo portal under “Tracking Events”.

So sorry about that! Sometimes this happens! In a few cases, the shipping carrier can take 1-3 business days to register / update your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@shop437.com with your order number. We'll take it from here.

437 offers standard shipping on all orders, with standard shipping on orders exceeding $100 USD before tax and after discounts (for North America). We currently have express shipping options to North America. For all International orders we have a 2-7 business day rate through FedEx. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive if you need your suit for a specific date. All of our shipping information can be found here.

Sorry, babe! Once an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively add a discount. This applies to both products bought at full price that are now on sale AND sale products that have become even more discounted after purchase.

Store credit will be issued to customers via gift card, completing a return or exchange, to be used toward the repurchase of a different size, style or item. All gift cards will be issued for the full USD value of items being returned. To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely. Gift cards can only be redeemed online and are not valid for in store, pop up or warehouse sale purchases.  Please Note: Orders are limited to one discount code or gift card per purchase.

Not to worry babe! Be sure to subscribe on the product page to be notified when it has been restocked! Any products featured in our "Last Chance" section, will not be restocking.

We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.

We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@shop437.com and we will do our best to resolve this ASAP! After 60 days from your order being placed, any damages to your suit are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.
