At 437 we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM or CHAT us before you order. 

437 is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. However, we offer 437 Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Orders that have opted into Package Protection are eligible for replacements, we do not provide refunds.

By opting out of 437 Package Protection you are agreeing that 437 is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you are experiencing any issues locating your parcel, we would recommend starting a claim with the courier as soon as possible.

All Package Protection claims must be submitted through a customer service representative at info@shop437.com!

Please Note: 437 Package Protection will not be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders. 

Place, Process, Ship. Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship! First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing which takes 3 business days. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
Orders placed with express shipping will be subject to 1 business days of processing time, prior to being shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150USD. We accept all regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected a $15 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned merchandise in USD and will not expire. Discounts of 25% or more are considered final sale.
