Orders will be packed within 3-5 days of purchasing. Shipping time is dependent on location. We accept all regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected, a $15 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. Discounts of 25% or more are considered final sale. Second Request – Refund for Defective Item (Order #357884) Dear 437 Customer Support, I am following up regarding my previous email about Order #357884. I have not yet received a response. The Micro Short (Scarlet, XS) arrived with defective stitching, as shown in the photos I previously sent. The seams are uneven and poorly constructed, and the item does not meet reasonable quality standards. I am requesting a full refund for the defective item. Please provide return instructions and confirm when my refund will be processed. If I do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I will have to pursue the matter through my credit card issuer, as I attempted to resolve this directly with your customer service first.
