What is a Special Order?

A Special Order item is an item that has not yet arrived to us, but can be purchased in advance by you. As soon as we receive it we will ship it to you directly.

 

Shipping Date

We provide an estimated shipping window. We try our very best to ensure that every orders is shipped within this window, but sometimes things take longer than expected. We so appreciate your patience.

 

Order Shipping

If one item in your order is a Special Order item all items will be shipped out together in the outlined shipping window.
