At 437 we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM or CHAT us before you order. 

437 is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. However, we offer 437 Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Orders that have opted into Package Protection are eligible for replacements, we do not provide refunds.

If you do not opt into 437 Package Protection and are experiencing difficulties locating your order. We require a missing parcel claim to be filed with the courier as verification.

Please Note: 437 Package Protection will not be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders. 

437 is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note EU countries as of July 1st 2021 will now be charged a VAT due to new regulations. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by 437. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

During this sale period we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume, leading to potential fulfillment delays. Out team is working diligently to expedite your orders. Ensuring the same quality and care you can expect from 437. We appreciate your patience and continued support. We accept all regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund on your original form of payment or store credit via gift card. If a refund is selected a $15 USD restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. If a store credit is selected, your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned merchandise in USD and will not expire. Discounts of 25% or more are considered final sale.
