437 x Manana Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor. The 437 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by 437 Inc 141 Bathurst St. Toronto, Otnario ("437" or "Sponsor"). The Giveaway is hosted in collaboration with @mananamariee. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability related to the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province or state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees of 437, its agencies, and @mananamariee, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway begins on October 12, 2026 at 5:00 pm ET and ends on October 13, 2026 at 10:00 am ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. To enter during the Entry Period:

  1. Follow @437 and @mananamariee on Instagram.

  2. Comment on the official Giveaway post on @437's Instagram account. You will receive a direct message with a link to the entry form.

  3. Complete and submit the entry form with accurate information.

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Additional comments do not increase your chances of winning. Entries submitted through automated means, multiple accounts, or false information will be disqualified. Entrants must have a public or Sponsor-viewable Instagram account so following can be verified. Sponsor is not responsible for direct messages that are not delivered due to an entrant's privacy settings or technical issues.

5. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of: one (1) 437 activewear set in the winner's choice of plum or lilac, and one (1) 437 sweat set in Ganache. Sizes are subject to availability. Approximate retail value: $445 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable. Shipping within the eligible regions is covered by Sponsor. Any duties, taxes, or costs not listed here are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about [draw date]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will verify that the potential winner follows both @437 and @mananamariee at the time of the draw.

7. Skill-testing question (Canadian residents). Before being declared a winner, a potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Winner notification. The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @437 Instagram account and/or the email provided on the entry form within 1 days of the draw. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and accept these rules. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. 437 will never ask for payment, banking details, or login information to claim a prize.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that 437 and @mananamariee may use their name, Instagram handle, and city of residence to announce the winner, without further compensation.

10. Release. By entering, entrants release 437, @mananamariee, Instagram, Meta, and their respective employees and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and, where permitted, award the prize from eligible entries received before the issue. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

12. Privacy. Information collected on the entry form is used to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants will only be added to 437's marketing list if they opt in separately. See 437's privacy policy at https://shop437.com/pages/privacy-policy.

13. Governing law. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
