437 Giveaway — Official Rules & Disclaimer

1. Sponsor
This 437 Anniversary Giveaway is organized by 437, located at 141 Bathurst St, Toronto, Ontario M5V 2R2, Canada
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Canada and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Mexico, who have reached the age of majority in their province, state, or territory of residence at the time of entry (18 years of age or older, or such greater age as constitutes the age of majority in the entrant's jurisdiction of residence).
Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. The winner must have valid government-issued photo identification; winners who must cross an international border to reach Toronto must also hold a valid passport.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on August 20, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on August 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must complete all of the following steps to be successfully entered into the Giveaway:
• Follow @437 on Instagram and TikTok;
• Comment ‘Link’ on Carousel to receive an email sign up form and repost challenge Carousel
• Enter a valid email address and phone number on the giveaway sign-up form at https://shop437.com/pages/437-turns-10.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional post. Automated entries, bots, or any attempt to submit multiple entries through fraudulent means will result in disqualification.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) all-expenses-paid trip to Toronto, Ontario, taking place September 22–24, 2026, including round-trip economy airfare, two (2) nights' hotel accommodations, and a 437 activewear set (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $2,000-$4,000 CAD.
Travel dates are fixed and non-transferable; the winner must be available to travel on the specified dates. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs, fees, or expenses not expressly included in the Prize description (for example, incidentals, meals not specified, travel insurance, or personal spending money). If the winner does not meet eligibility requirements or is unable to travel on the selected dates, Sponsor will select an alternate winner in accordance with Section 8.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question within 48 hours of being contacted, as required by Canadian law.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Notification of Winner
The selected entrant will be notified by direct message and by email at juliana@shop437.com within two (2) business days of the Entry Period closing (August 19, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET). If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours of notification, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the Prize, the winner consents, where permitted by law, to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness by Sponsor for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without further compensation.
10. Entrant Content License
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, feature, and otherwise use the video content they submit as part of their entry (including on Sponsor's own social media channels and marketing materials), with appropriate credit to the entrant where practicable. This license is separate from, and in addition to, the winner-specific Publicity Release in Section 9.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or these rules if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the Prize.
12. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote or run the Giveaway. Entrants provide their information to 437 only, and not to the platform.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used by Sponsor solely to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner, in accordance with 437's Privacy Policy
14. Taxes
Any and all applicable federal, provincial, state, or local taxes arising from the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
