437 will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. All returns must be initiated here.

SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE 

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases of 30% or more are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for exchange or gift card. 

Orders purchased during sale/promotion periods are subject to 2-6 business days of processing time prior to shipping due to an influx of orders.

We are unable to price adjust orders to match sale discounts.

Please note that Tote Bags are not included with orders during our sale periods.

At 437 we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order.

437 is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. However, we offer 437 Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Orders that have opted into Package Protection are eligible for replacements and or store credit, we do not provide refunds.

Please Note: 437 Package Protection will not be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders. 

If you do not opt into 437 Package Protection and are experiencing difficulties locating your order. We require a missing parcel claim to be filed with either USPS or Canada Post, as verification.

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 

437 is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note EU countries as of July 1st 2021 will now be charged a VAT due to new regulations. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by 437. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. This can range from 3-6 business days.
